UX Research: Review System
A month long UX (User Experience) Research project for a client [NDA for security reasons] during my time at KPMG. We conducted and introduced user research for the client on the 2.0 of an internal employee review program.
The Problem
We were brought in to conduct and introduce user testing and research. The client previously had no experience with UX work and needed us to test their 2.0 version of their internal employee review application. Through multiple meetings with leadership and other contractors we familiarized ourselves with the application, and developed various testing scripts. This spanned from September 2022 - February 2023.
Final Solution
Our research process and conclusions that we came to after conducting testing.
