Performance Metrics Dashboard

A vendor metrics dashboard designed for a client during my time at KPMG. This project was to allow the client to be able to track vendor performance, this ask was relatively quick and the turnaround was also incredibly fast due to extenuating circumstances.

The Problem

The client (NDA) was challenged with no dashboard or way to easily track various vendor and GTM Performance and metrics across various platforms, contracts, etc. We had to design a dashboard that allowed them to review the following easily. 1) Vendor contract period, scores, trends, and overall performance rating 2) Visual trends of the vendor performance 3) Easy way to see visual score cards of the vendors over various periods of time, the status of those cards, and the result if completed.

We started out with mid-fidelity wireframing. Due to the time contstraint and the specific client this was for our team determined it was best to start with easier to digest wireframes while still keeping the integrity and fast iteration process of wireframing.

A first attempt at showing the score cards for vendor performance over a period.

The final approach for showing the vendor scorecards - taking inspiration from golfing scores!

Final Solution

The final presented dashboard design to the client.

We created a dashboard that allows an easy overview of various vendors, and GTMs while allowing the ability to drill down deeper into specifics. Using inspiration from golfing score cards to figure out a way to display the various performance criteria in a way that handles the various intricacies the client needs to represent.
