KPMG - Design System Proposal

A proposed design system for an internal mental health / employee benefits webpage for KPMG. The goal for this design was to create something fun, and playful that made users comfortable to reach out or seek support for mental health or company benefits. This project was experiemental with a focus on getting users to engage and exploring all possible solutions and how we could adapt said solutions to fit KPMG branding.

The Problem

KPMG approached our team to discuss a hypothetical rebrand for an internal mental health service provider. This was more of a design practice with less of a focus on KPMG's existing branding identity - and focusing on how to appeal to uses to use the mental health services provided more. How can we make mental health and corporate benefits seem less intimidating and "stuffy"?

Final Solution

The final proposed design system.

The solution that I decided on to deal with the preconceived ideas that the work is "Stuffy" or too cold was to use bright and warm colors, gradients, and using fluid shapes to create a comforting, warm, and enticing atmosphere.
